Horsham City Bowling Club – Sets Play Bowls Tournament 2021

For the 25th year, the Horsham City Bowling Club held its Four Bowl Pairs Sets Play Tournament on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of April 2021.

The Horsham Golf team of Ash Batchelor (s) and Geoff Bald defeated Bundoora Bowling Club’s Nat Schiavello (s) and Steve Williams in the final.

This is one of the biggest Bowling Tournaments in Regional Victoria with prize money of $3160 and attracts many of the best bowlers from Victoria and South Australia; the Winning Pair received $1200 and the Runners Up $800.

Horsham City Bowling Club President Stewart Landwehr said that despite the cold weather it was great to see 84 bowlers compete and witness some exceptional bowling.
